This is the first "Roger Nichols-approved" songbook in Japan, selected and supervised by Takashi Hamada, an anthologist with whom Roger has had a close relationship both publicly and privately. The songs included in this CD range from well-known classics that everyone knows and loves to rare songs that were only released on 7-inch and never released on CD, and Roger's own favorite versions of the songs he has contributed to various artists are given priority. As a relatively quiet composer, this album provides a bird's eye view of his activities, and includes many songs that have never been released on CD before in the world or in Japan!
