On April 29, 2024, he held his first one-man live concert, Yami Aka Steroid, at Spotify O-EAST, with both daytime and nighttime performances selling out. This groundbreaking concert incorporated 3DCG effects, an unprecedented approach for a Vocaloid producer's solo live show, and was themed around [Vocaloid Producer x Visual Art x IIID]. The key visual for the Blu-ray package features an exclusive illustration drawn by Nou, the popular illustrator who regularly works on Kairiki Bear's music videos. The concert was structured with a narrative element, with voice actress Nao Toyama serving as the storyteller. The Blu-ray includes the full setlist from the night performance, along with bonus footage featuring popular songs performed exclusively during the daytime show.
